If your car can’t be driven after an accident, we can arrange recovery, subject to availability. We provide 24/7 accident assistance, including arranging emergency recovery.
We also offer collection and delivery throughout London, Hertfordshire and Essex, subject to availability. Your car is taken to the workshop for a detailed inspection and repair, then delivered or returned to you.
For eligible non-fault insurance claims, collection may be arranged at no upfront cost, subject to claim approval. For private repairs and other jobs, charges may depend on distance, vehicle condition and recovery type. If there are any costs to you, we’ll explain them upfront.
Recovery is arranged for accident-damaged vehicles. We don’t offer a general breakdown service.
